Retro Row Thrifting

Reunited with the girls!

Last week my sister and I went out with our friend Carmen who's in town. We decided to go thrifiting and what better spot to go than Retro Row in Long Beach's 4th st! We got lost inside the thrift shops and had so much fun trying on a bunch of funky ensembles!
I love Retro Row it has always been one of my favorite spots in Long Beach, since I grew up around that area.
My elementary school is literally across from Retro Row (random I know lol) which is why I remember walking there as a kid and checking out all the cool goth/grungy/punky people shopping around and lounging at the cafes.
When I was around 9 years old I took art classes in one of Retro Row's art galleries, which is sadly not there anymore:( and we would would have so much fun painting murals in a big art studio with all the other students! Good times for sure!
Back in the 90's Retro Row only had like two cafes, a couple thrift shops, and an array of art galleries! Today however, it's changed quite a lot, I love that they still have thrift shops but have now added more cafes, yoga studios, eateries, wine bars,  antique shops, and other gems! Love love it, it will always be one of my favorite spots in the city!
