StephC: Lavender Festival

This past weekend I got to visit the Lavender Festival in Cherry Valley, although it was quite a drive it was so worth it! It was my first time going to this event and I absolutely loved it! As you guys probably have seen in my last posts I LOVE lavender, the scent is so soothing and relaxing, I've also been obsessed with anything lavender-infused, from organic beauty products to drinks!

The festival took place in Highland Ranch Springs & Inn, which is a pretty huge site and beautiful ranch, the weather was perfect and overall loved the good vibes! There was so much delicious food, lavender drinks, and yummy desserts that still have me craving for more haha, I loved the lavender lemonade and the earl grey lavender iced latte....it was sooo refreshing. I even bought the loose tea leaves and organic lavender syrup so I can recreate the drink at home. It was so nice being surrounded by nature and lavender, it brought back nostalgic memories from last June when I was in Provence's lavender fields...*le sigh*

If you love lavender I highly suggest visiting the lavender fields, this coming weekend is the last one, and trust me it's worth a visit! :)
