Last weekend we took a spontaneous day trip to Walker Canyon in Lake Elsinore to check out more of the super bloom. Besides Antelope Valley, this place was on a random side of the road near the freeway and it was more of an uphill hike haha. It was worth it though, the view from the top was great and so were the blooming yellow flowers blanketing the hills. We definitely made sure to take in the view and enjoy all the nature and we even made a quick stop to check out Lake Elsinore.
This time, I opted for a comfortable yet spring-y look because it was about 80 degrees with clear skies out there and I also made sure to lather on that SPF.
For this day I wore my denim cut-offs, a basic cotton tee, a straw hat, and my favorite Superga sneakers. I always feel more comfortable in casual ensembles like these, instead of a glitzy perfectly polished look. I guess I guess you can say I'm all about that "Less is more" phrase :P
Anyways, thanks to the winter rain California's spring has been in full bloom and it's definitely worth a view, gotta love it!
