I love playing tourist in my city and exploring all the small businesses opening up!
Although this coffee shop is not that new anymore it's still a gem in the middle of downtown, it's called Cafe Cabinet and they offer some of the best high-quality coffee in the city!
We ended up getting the purple drink (which has a hint of lavender) and I got the iced rose latte with oat milk, it was so refreshing and delicious. They also have some of the best espresso in LBC and a secret menu, which I just found out haha.
It's been super hot lately here in SoCal so what best way to cool off than going to the beach, I usually try and go when I have free time or when I'm off work during the week since it's less crowded! Although "fall" is around the corner I still want to try and squeeze in as much beach time as I can...although let's be real...summer is not technically over here until late Oct-November.
