I hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Here is one of the vintage dresses I bought during my thrifting day out last weekend! I was looking everywhere for a similar 90's mid length dress with buttons down the front, this one only has two buttons, but the overall style was too good to pass up. 

The tiny daisy print on this washed out green color makes it even more feminine and classic. 

I've been a fan of Christy Dawn dresses for a long time and this one reminded me of their dresses but for a wayyy more affordable price :) I love how versatile it is, I mean it's perfect for any time of the year!

I can't wait to style it with tights, ankle boots, and sweaters once the weather cools down.

Indian Summer in Full Effect

Soooo yeahhh I guess this Indian summer has taken a full effect this week and maybe for the next coming days or the rest of October. I always get excited when it's officially fall on the calendar but I guess I always forget about the Indian summer right after our actual summer haha. The temps have risen up to triple digits and all I can still think about are cozy knits, pumpkin spice lattes, and fall layers. I guess denim cut-offs, sandals, hats, and shades aren't getting stocked away anytime soon. Today I opted for a basic gray tee, some comfy denim cut-offs, and flat sandals for sushi at the park and the farmer's market at the Marina. I guess part of me will miss days like these once "winter" hits off...or will I ? :)

Quick foodie post today! 

I finally got to try a new spot called: Mama K's, in Stanton, and it wasn't bad at all. If you guys haven't noticed from previous posts I'm a big fan of pho, bubble (boba) tea drinks, and overall trying new places! I tried the shrimp pho noodle soup and a jasmine milk green tea with boba. The taste was actually yummy, it at least satisfied my pho cravings lol!  Not only was the food tasty, but so was the interior decor. It was very bright, fresh, clean, and the details and art placed around the restaurant were inspired by California! My favorite had to be the "California Lovin" wall with the cute knick knacks and succulents perfectly displayed on the wooden shelf...oh yeah and their stamp cards were the cutest too! I'm definitely coming back for more of their teas and signature "pink boba". Overall, not too shabby! 

If you're around the Stanton/Anaheim area I highly suggest you check out this place..well if you're into all of that ^^ !

Heat Wavin'

These past September days have been scorching hot! But this called for plenty of outdoor and random activities like eating sushi nonstop, froyo, pool days,  iced tea and smoothies 24/7, barbecues, and of course chasing the amazing sunsets!

Today is nice though, just glad it's Friday!

Do you guys have any plans for the weekend? I have no clue what I'm doing yet , I'll probably end up lounging around and being lazy all day watching Netflix, but hey it's the weekend so it's ok ;)

This week has been pretty long. I've been so busy with school and tons of homework...... and the weather just keeps on heating up! It's supposed to be around 102 degrees next week!! :O Too hot! I guess it's just the Indian summer starting to settle in along with the fall transition. Anyways hope you're all having a pretty swell Thursday....

Here are a couple September inpo pictures...I know... they still reflect those summer vibes, but there's still a heat wave as I type! This means Fall is not quite in mind yet, except the pumpkin spiced lattes!

SO.... as far as the weather is still hot and dry keep bringin' on the bikinis, shorts, iced teas, sandals, summery colors, hats..and yeah you get it!  Summer's not dead yet! ;)
