Pitaya Bowl Date

This particular day was a random day of the week so I opted for a chic casual look, the weather has been pretty gloomy lately due to June gloom, but still pretty bright out so a hat and sunscreen is necessary. I ventured out to walk around downtown Long Beach and explore my city so leggings and my comfy Superga sneakers were a must.

I made sure to stop by one of my favorite juice bars: Tru Nature Juice Bar to get my pitaya bowl fix, I'm a big fan of acai bowls but lately I've been digging pitaya bowls more and this one did not disappoint. The one I got was called the "Pink Flamingo" and it was made with blended coconut water/pineapple, and topped off with strawberries, bananas, chocolate bits, granola, and coconut flakes...bomb.com! ;)

It's been a busy past couple of days but this crazy school semester is almost over and I couldn't be more excited! Sweet summer days are right around the corner.. yay for May! :)

Random days in Long Beach, trying out new places in between classes and catching up on some reading! I tried out this juice bar called Tru Nature Juice Bar and I loooved their pitaya bowl..honestly one of the yummiest I've tried, now I have to go back to get my juice on lol.

Busy days lie ahead of me but all I can think about is spring break! I'm not sure what I have planned yet but I know I want to take a little trip somewhere and I can't wait, I've been itching to go on a mini road trip any recommendations around Cali?
