Strawberry Fields Forever

Perfect spring outing= strawberry picking!

I must say I missed my old stomping grounds (Oceanside and Carlsbad) in San Diego. This past weekend I felt like spontaneously driving out to SD with friends and we decided to go strawberry picking. I just love it out there, the weather was perfect and we got a bucket full of yummy fresh strawberries! It brought back great memories when my family and I used to go strawberry picking every spring and make chocolate covered strawberries, and strawberry lemonade. Good times!

We also checked out Carlsbad's flower fields right after, so stay tuned for those pics! :)

Lately

Here are a couple random shots from this past week, I know it seems like I'm only on a yogurt and strawberry diet lol but I just can't help it I love them! Plus it's strawberry season;) ...but I promise I eat "real food"! :P

OMG I'm so happy since I'm finally done with school this semester!! Yay couldn't be more excited for summer adventures, I already have a few planned out;)

TGIF and for the long Memorial day weekend, I definitely need it! I'm not sure what I'm doing yet but I'm sure most of it will consist of lounging and lazying around...and maybe a local road trip somewhere! Can't wait!
