Nature Walks

Since moving to Colorado naturally I have taken advantage of the great outdoors, I love hiking and nature walks so what better than comfortable shoes and insoles for long nature walks. 

These supination insoles have been ideal for walks and they've been saving my feet whenever I go on long walks. High arch supination insoles are also perfect for on the go, love that I can switch them out to different shoes. They're super comfortable you can't even feel them. 

I usually alternate and wear them with different sneakers but my current faves are my New Balance sneakers plus the added supination insoles make it even more comfortable for me.

Try their Palo Santo iced coffee, it's out of this world delicious!

Honestly one of my faves I've tried this month so far.

It has the right hint of sweet, smoky, and a pinch of sea salt all in a dreamy caffeinated mix :)
