Lavender Craze

♫ Beach House- Better Times

(Images via: Pinterest and Tumblr)

Ever since my visit to Clairmont Lavender Farms I've been obsessing over lavender products. Since lavender season is in full motion I've been trying out many lavender-infused products and  lavender flavored desserts. I've recently tried: lavender iced lattes, lavender oil/lotion/soap, lavender spray, and lavender chocolate ice cream....allllll worth it if you ask me! My favorite though, are the lavender iced lattes I've tried at various tea houses and the organic lavender oil I bought at Clairmont Farms. Lavender oil has many health benefits: it helps induce sleep and has a calming/soothing effect, it's a bug repellent, it's great for pain relief (muscle tension), it improves blood circulation, and tons of other health benefits. I love lavender season I'm hoping to visit Provence's dreamy lavender fields one day.....most definitely noted on my bucket list! ;)

Laguna Beach Paradise

(Details: ZARA maxi skirt, Cynthia Rowley linen tee, Anneise tassel necklace)

(Yoins Collection bucket bag)

This past weekend I took advantage of the amazingly awesome weather and drove out to Laguna Beach, one of my fave OC beaches...or let's just say MY fave OC beach. There's just something about the ambiance and the natural habitat of that beach and I love it. Laguna's PCH main street is filled with a bunch of yummy restaurants and shops, some are a bit pricy but hey there's nothing wrong with window shopping.  This beach town is quite the little paradise. In my opinion it's even better than some LA beaches including: Venice and Santa Monica beach, so I def recommend checking out Laguna Beach if you're ever out here.  If you guys ever need some beach recs let me know...I'm such a beach bum.  :P

Hope you guys are having a swell week!

Rose Park Roasters

(Wearing: H&M old knit, AE pants, Steve Madden booties, F21 bag)

Wow Long Beach is stepping up its game! There is a new coffee spot in my old neighborhood called: Rose Park Roasters , they recently just opened and my sis and I just had to try it and see what all the fuss was about. This place definitely caught my eye right away with it's mellow vintage-y vibes and decor.
I opted for the matcha latte, and my sister tried the seasonal latte, and honestly they were both yummy. Now, I'm not a huge coffee drinker but the seasonal latte definitely satisfied my taste buds.
This place is also pretty cool just because they started off as a delivery coffee service biking all over Long Beach, and they finally opened a location....so glad they did!

Thanks for the experience Rose Park Roasters, I will most definitely be back soon!
