Hey lovelies!

This past weekend I went to StyleCon OC with my sister and my friend Michelle, which was so much fun! StyleCon is an expo where beauty meets fashion, it is held annually in Dallas and Orange County. The event brings together a community of  beauty and fashion lovers along with many digital influencers to engage, discuss, and network. There were many beauty influencers hosting the event and talking about how they got started in the industry, which was very interesting. They were also giving helpful tips on how to get started as a blogger or vlogger and working in the beauty and fashion industry.  

Although there was a fee to go to this event it was still worth it because you get to network, discover new brands, and get many helpful tips from influencers. I discovered so many new beauty brands I had never heard of before and even discovered new beauty and style influencers. However, one of the best parts about the event was that we got a huge tote bag filled with many goodies including, beauty and lifestyle products! My bag had everything from: make-up, nail polish, magazines, hair products, face masks, snacks, sample fragrances, and so much more! I highly recommend checking out StyleCon if you guys get a chance! Healthy Snacking

Hey guys!

So although I can't wait for fall, summer weather isn't going anywhere any time soon here in SoCal, which is why I'm still trying to achieve my summer glow with healthy snacks! I'm big on snacking, I'm always carrying snacks in my bag and car.  Although I sometimes have my fair share of unhealthy snacks I usually opt for healthier snacks like: unsalted almonds, walnuts, cashews, and other trail mix. Kale chips, roasted seaweed, and multi grain crackers are some of my new snacking faves! 

As I've mentioned before in other posts I'm also a huge sweet tooth! Some healthier sweet snack alternatives I'm loving right now are cacao nibs, dark chocolate, and dried fruits!

Irresistible Me: Diamond Flat Iron

Hey Loves!

I recently found out about this brand: Irresistible Me. This company sells hair extensions,  hair tools, and many other hair accessories. When Irresistible Me reached out to me to try their Diamond flat iron, I could not pass it up. I know I rarely talk about beauty or hair on my blog but I really wanted to give it a try and experiment with a new flat iron and straight hair! I usually don't do anything to my hair as you guys have noticed, once in a while I style it in beachy loose waves but that's about it because I like to keep my hair au naturel. My hair already has a natural wave to it so I decided to straighten my hair for a change and a sleeker look!
