Checking out this pretty rad art exhibition in Long Beach called: The Art of Bloom! 

Such a neat immersive experience!

Loved all the white flower "petals" falling from the top, so dreamy for sure! oh and the scent was oh so yummy too, it was a mix of citrus and florals...loved it! It was definitely a very soothing meditative space.

The whole theme was about how humans and flowers are connected and how they each stimulate each other, learn, and grow together. It was a beautiful experience for sure :)

Dried flower bundles at the gift shop, loved these!

Rainy Hangs in DTLB

Checking out the new Rose Park Roasters coffee shop location in downtown Long Beach. LOVE the whole interior decor and aesthetic, plus this new location also offers yummy food too :)

All about these handmade ceramic mugs and these coffee bags from El Salvador. 

Can't get enough of the tile floor. 

Their maple lavender latte with almond milk is a MUST-try! Definitely my fave :)

Also stopped by this cool record shop: Toxic Toast Records across from Rose Park Roasters. They had such a great selection!

Coffee Date + Beach Day

I love playing tourist in my city and exploring all the small businesses opening up!

Although this coffee shop is not that new anymore it's still a gem in the middle of downtown, it's called Cafe Cabinet and they offer some of the best high-quality coffee in the city! 

We ended up getting the purple drink (which has a hint of lavender) and I got the iced rose latte with oat milk, it was so refreshing and delicious. They also have some of the best espresso in LBC and a secret menu, which I just found out haha.

It's been super hot lately here in SoCal so what best way to cool off than going to the beach, I usually try and go when I have free time or when I'm off work during the week since it's less crowded! Although "fall" is around the corner I still want to try and squeeze in as much beach time as I can...although let's be real...summer is not technically over here until late Oct-November.
