I can't believe how fast August flew by, but I'm pretty stoked for September! My sister's 2nd baby is due any time now and I'm excited to be an auntie again :)

I'm anxiously waiting for fall too, I'm all about fall can't wait until the weather starts cooling down! I live for sweaters, boots, scarves, and yes even PSL's ;)

I'm also thinking of planning a little getaway for my birthday in November (probably somewhere within the US), any suggestions?

Goodbye August

Although this month felt soooo long, I can't believe it's pretty much over! 

Here are a few snaps from last weekend and the fun times spent kayaking in Long Beach with friends and family, we had such a blast. I can't believe my last time kayaking was like two years ago!! I have to get back into to it....I love it so much, it helps me unwind and it's such a good workout too. I remember kayaking almost everyday of the summer when I used to volunteer at a marine camp back in high school...good times for sure, brought back so many good memories :)

I'll be leaving on my awaited trip tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited :D

Summer Kayaking

Hey Guys!

Here are a couple overdue pictures from when I went kayaking, it was a pretty chill day to just soak up the sun and get a good arm workout lol, after all the kayaking we were tired and decided to take a quick nap at a private beach. Good times, that's what summer should be all about right?

The random highlight of that day though was spotting a very stylish "hipster" paletero selling some popsicles, I asked him if I could take a picture and he gladly said yes, but of course I had to buy something lol. I loved the fact that he looked so happy and smiley lol , it was probably because he sold plenty of popsicles on that perfect summer day! :)
