Hey guys!
Last weekend was Earth Day and if you guys saw my Insta Stories you guys probably saw me posting videos about this event. The Lab Anti-Mall held an Earth Day small local festival with live music and a farmer's market. It had been a while since I was around this area so it was good to be back in my old stomping grounds :)

One of my favorite things about this event was the live music and the arts and crafts table where I got to make my own "marbled earth" clay piece. It was so much fun making this and now I really want to sign up for classes! :) I also checked out the farmer's market and bought an organic peony perfume roll-on oil, which is perfect for traveling.

It was such an overall chill event, good vibes all around and we ended the day with an afternoon vegan/vegetarian lunch at Seabirds Kitchen (love this place!) Their tofu/avo/veggie bowl was soooo yummy and fulfilling!

Hope you guys are enjoying this week so far, the weekend is almost here!

I might go on a mini road trip adventure this weekend and I can't wait! Stay tuned for pictures :)

Noguchi Garden

♫ The Avalanches- Since I Left You ♫

Wearing:

Heavenly Couture knit dress
Cotton On straw hat
Steve Madden sunnies

Whenever I'm around the Costa Mesa area I love stopping by the Noguchi Garden, it's hidden and nestled between bank buildings but there is a certain tranquility that keeps me going back, I love how it's open to the public but it's never too overcrowded. Isamu Noguchi is the artist and I love his mix of art and nature throughout the sculptural garden, it is a perfect representation of a California Scenario and it is composed of six principal elements: "Forest Walk", "Land Use", "Desert Land", "Water Source", and "Energy Fountain". These principal elements are seen throughout the garden in their own design and landscape with a minimal touch.
My favorite elements are definitely the "Desert Land" and the "Water Source".

Have you guys ever been?

Seed People's Market

♫ Vetiver- Current Carry ♫

If I had to choose one of my favorite stores in Orange County to shop and get inspiration is Seed People's Market. This store is known for their "products with a purpose", they have everything from handmade accessories from all over the world, clothes, candles, home goods, gifts, stationery, kitchen needs, plants, books, magazines, outdoor gear, and more! You're bound to find the most interesting things here, which is why I love it! It may be a little on the pricier side but most of the items are one-of-a-kind handmade and eco-friendly which are made by local artisans and come from third world countries. This market is big on sustainable living and promoting a greener planet, and I'm all about it. I love dropping by this store (located at The Camp) whenever I'm in the area and of course I always leave inspired. I love their new "home seed home" section upstairs, I've been inspired so much by home decor lately and I absolutely LOVED their setup. If you're around the Costa Mesa area I highly suggest checking out Seed People's Market, whether you're shopping, or just browsing around I guarantee you will leave inspired. :)
