Life Update

Hi guys!

Omg I know I haven't posted in forever! So much has happened these past months, I've been a bit quiet but for good reason!

First and foremost we found out we were pregnant back in early November and that definitely was news for us!! We honestly still can't believe it, we were planning to have our wedding reception by fall 2023 but we ended up moving up our wedding this February and the reception for next summer instead so we can spend time with our little baby who is due this JULY.

So surprise surprise I still can't believe it myself, getting pregnant and getting married within a matter of months! But we truly couldn't be more excited for what the future holds. 

Right now I've just been taking each day slowly, getting rest, and trying to enjoy these months before little baby boy arrives, we truly can't wait to meet him this summer!

I'll try my best to keep posting more often on here

and hope you guys are doing well!

Hello 2019!

The new year always brings bittersweet and nostalgic feelings for me, the memories get all stirred up and then I remember how grateful I am to have survived yet another year surrounded with friends and family. 2018 definitely had its ups and downs, but I'm glad I got through it all! I used to do new year's resolutions but I stopped making them last year and honestly I didn't even come up with any specific ones this year either. My goals are usually endless and I know what I want to work on this year, but I won't let them weigh me down if they're unfulfilled, I guess I'll just learn from each experience as I go! Can't wait to see what this year has in store for me though :)

Hey guys!

Happy 2018!!!

I hope you guys started off the year on the right foot, I'm usually not one to make new year's resolutions anymore but I'm looking forward to so many things this year! 

I'm trying to write down my goals instead and hopefully fulfill them by the end of the year. A few things I'm hoping to do this year is definitely more traveling, being more optimistic, taking more risks, and just enjoying the little things in life! Life is too short, so gotta enjoy it as much as possible and not take crap from anyone.

Holi Color Festival

This year I finally got the chance to go to Holi Color Festival in Little India. All I can say is WOW it was even more fun than expected! Holi is an ancient Hindu festival that represents: love, happiness, the arrival of Spring, and new beginnings. T'was a fun experience! There was also a live band playing some Indian and reggae beats. Overall, there was such a good crowd, good music, good company and good vibes! This made me want to go to India even more than before. Thanks to our good Indian friend Devanshi for sharing her beautiful culture with us!
