Coronado Ave. Tote Bags

We finally introduced reusable organic cotton tote bags to our Etsy page :) My sister and I always wanted to include tote bags to our shop and we finally did! We love the beautiful plum shade and the beautiful design made by my sister.
Perfect for everyday use and it also includes a drawstring pouch inside to add keys, masks, lip balm, or anything your heart desires :)

What do you guys think?

Now available on Etsy !

Coronado Ave.

Hey guys!

I've been a bit busy these past few months, it's definitely been weird these months, but one thing I went back to was basket weaving, as you've seen in my last posts. This was a way for me to unwind and it's actually super therapeutic for me! Anyways, I taught my sister the art of weaving too and she also found it therapeutic. Turns out we made plenty of baskets and it went to the point where we didn't know what else to do with them or store them after they were finished lol

So.... we decided to just go for it and open up our own Etsy shop to sell these lovely handwoven baskets.
This is an idea we've had for a while now to open our own e-commerce shop and sell home decor, sustainable tees, or accessories but we decided to do baskets and vintage finds for now :)

If you're looking for some baskets for your home or would like to gift these to anyone check out our shop. You will also be able to find vintage woven gems and our handwoven baskets on our Etsy shop. These baskets need a new home so we hope you find something you like!

Here is the link to our shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/CoronadoAve

We named the shop after the street we grew up in, in Long Beach, CA. So many great memories there and I was living on that street when I learned how to weave baskets in high school. :)

Vintage straw bags and baskets available on our Etsy shop

Palo santo bundles available too :)

Thanks to those who have already supported us! It really means a lot! :D

Feel free to follow us on Instagram: @coronado.ave

We're still new to all of this so if you guys have any advice, suggestions, or feedback feel free to message us!

Hope you guys are doing good so far!

California Drifters

♫ Woods- Creature Comfort ♫

One of the many things I love about my hometown, Long Beach, are all the new small businesses popping up in just about every corner and most are all owned by women, which is definitely very inspiring!
I'm all about supporting small businesses, especially in my city, so when I heard that California Drifters was opening up on 4th street I had to pay them a visit.

If you're into concept shops filled with cacti, home goods, organic/natural skincare, vintage clothing, and minimal goods with a boho flair then you must visit this shop. It's nestled in the heart of Long Beach in one of my many favorite areas of LBC, 4th st!
One of my favorite things about the shop was the interior decor...so mellow with a boho touch and it has plenty to offer despite its size!
Check out their IG here and make sure to pay them a visit if you're in the LBC area!  :)

My finds: "California Native" patch and Sun Worshiper face serum oil by URB Apothecary, love!
