Autumn Rust

When it comes to bright colors I'm not too much of a fan as you can tell by my past looks, I'm not even a fan of the color red....however I guess I'll make an exception for this beautiful warm rust "fall" color, I just can't get enough of it! I know, I know it definitely may seem like a red/orange but I like to think of it as 'rust' or 'brick'-colored :P and fall is probably the only time I'll be sporting these colors like no other! I'm all about earthy warmer tones this season, my whole wardrobe is a mixture of charcoal, ivory, olive, muted mustard, toasty browns, rust, black, burgundy, and any other fall-inspired color you can think of.

Gotta love fall! :)

Hey guys!

I hope you all had a lovely weekend, on Saturday I went to a pumpkin patch which is a MUST for October. My sis and I decided to drive down to San Juan Capistrano to take my nephew to a cute farm/pumpkin patch and I think I ended up loving it way more than he did haha. I instantly loved the October feels there, the weather was a bit warm but with a crisp breeze, the trees were already turning golden, and the Halloween spirit was seen everywhere.

After the pumpkin patch we explored around Los Rios Historic District and found one of my favorite coffee shops, Hidden House Coffee, we got their delicious homemade pumpkin spice latte and apple cinnamon scones....I mean what better way to start this month!

After taking a coffee break we found so many other cute antique shops nearby with the most unique gems and trinkets, I absolutely loved the small town feels there and I already can't wait to go back soon :)

Never thought I'd say this but green is actually becoming one of my favorite colors for summer....well preferably muted and earthy green not St. Patrick's green lol...I just realized I only own about 2 or 3 green pieces of clothing!

You can't really tell in these pictures, but these pants are like an army earthy green color and they're super comfortable! I took them out this weekend for dinner and I swear I just want to live in them...they're that comfy and versatility is always a plus for me! I kept the look summery and casual with a basic cotton tee and these comfortable slide sandals.
