Here's another NYE holiday- inspired look, I went with a head to toe black ensemble and added this Shein trench jacket for a more toned down casual look. I definitely went for a chic yet comfortable/minimal look which I usually always aim for. I love the oversized style of this trench which is perfect for layering  and the fabric is oh so soft! What do you guys think of the look?

Summer's not over yet which means there's still time for outdoor events and parties! 

One particular fun summer event known as Diner en Blanc or "Dinner in White" is very popular around this time. If you're wondering what a white dinner event is well...the name says it all. White head-to-toe formal outfits are worn to these events and people attend to enjoy good quality food and wine. This Diner en Blanc event is a French tradition that has gone global and it is one of the most coveted summer events. 

I created two sets above inspired by the Diner en Blanc event, the first one is the one I would wear and the second one for my date ;)  I know the men's outfit may look slightly toned down than mine but with this white jacket tux  it will step up the outfit for a more formal look to go along with mine :)

Summer Solstice

Seal Beach was the spot to go during the summer solstice and golden hour! I mean what better place to be at than the beach right? I LOVE golden hour it makes for the best pictures and you can't beat a view/sunset like that! Did you guys catch the strawberry moon? I saw it but did not get around to snapping a pic...it clearly left me speechless haha, it was quite a sight though! 

Hope you guys are enjoying these first summer days, the weekend is almost here and I've got a few summer events to attend...can't wait!

Spent this weekend lounging with my cute pup, Mr. Waffles, and the family in my beloved hometown, Long Beach. There's nothing better than relaxing and catching up with the family. I truly cherish moments and weekends like these. Good thing summer is here, which means more moments like these are on their way!

With summer right around the corner all I feel like doing is packing up my bags and going on a major vacation (but wait that's what I feel like doing year round lol ) ! My mind is whisking me away to a tropical or Mediterranean paradise hmmm  Thailand, Bali, Greece, or Morocco?...heyyy it doesnt hurt to daydream right?  ;)

Casual Outing

I've been living in my Superga sneakers lately, they're just so comfy and versatile, they go with literally everything! This day I decided to go for a more comfortable laid back look and pair them with some comfy leggings, layered tees, and a loose cardi for a sushi lunch date!

Orange Tei at the Anhaeim Packing District has some pretty delish sushi, if you guys are ever around the Anaheim area I def recommend it and don't forget to stop at Popbar after to try a yummy chocolate covered popsicle for dessert! ;)
