Although overrated I still love playing tourist in Abbot Kinney. This is probably one of my favorite spots to chill at whenever I'm in Venice Beach, I just love exploring all the little hidden gems and art street murals around Abbot Kinney. There is so much art, diversity, and some of the best restaurants, concept stores, and cafes around there. You may even be lucky and bump into a couple celebs or bloggers while there, I always happen to recognize someone or spot some fashion bloggers since I guess it's always "happening" in Abbot Kinney haha.

Some of my favorite stops in Abbot Kinney are BURRO, Gjelina, The Butcher's Daughter, Tumbleweed and Dandelion, Shuhari Matcha Cafe, and a bunch of other concept stores! It's so hard not to get lost in my own little world while window shopping and browsing through all the cute shops there!
Which ones are your fave?

My fave Tumbleweed and Dandelion interior decor shop!

Can I just move in here?!...loved the whole beach cottage rustic-chic vibes!

I found myself illustrated on a card in Urbanic Paper Boutique haha ...my sister pointed it out right away!

Hey guys!

I can't believe how quick this weekend flew by!
I just edited last weekend's pictures from my Redondo Beach outing...I know so late! I've been so busy these last couple of days though... but I'm hanging in there :) I needed to wind down so naturally I drove to the beach, and what better place to relax than there.  It had been a while since I went to South Bay but it was nice to be back and soak in the sun, btw this is probably one of my favorite piers from any SoCal beach, love the design!

Lately we've been having a very summery spring so I opted for a comfy casual look. A flowy blouse, classic denim shorts, my fave sneakers, and this Rebecca Minkoff denim patched-up backpack. This backpack is just the cutest, it took me back to the late 90's and early 2000's with all the patches and washed out denim style. I remember I used to patch up my bags and backpacks back in high school so no doubt this backpack will be my new favorite! I love all the California inspired patches, the different compartments, the zippers, and how lightweight it is, plus it's so youthful and versatile! I can't wait to wear this backpack to music festivals, road trips, and other random travels.

Thanks to Rebecca Minkoff and her team for this backpack love it!

Hello April

♫ Amanda Bergman- Golden ♫

Wearing:

Shein navy dress
Madewell sandals
Thrifted straw bag
Anneise hair barrette
UO sunnies

Hey guys!
Wow can't believe it's already April! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend.  I ended up going to check out another super bloom at Walker Canyon in Lake Elsinore so stay tuned since I will post those pics very soon.
Anyhow, these pictures were taken last week after the farmer's market  (yes I've been going for the past three Wednesdays lol) around the marine stadium. I ended up wearing this navy body con slit dress, I must admit though that I'm not really a big fan of body con dresses, but this dress is an exception. I love the color, the slits, the length, and the fabric. It's perfect for any occasion, meaning it can be dressed up or dressed down like I did here with flat sandals for a more casual beachy look.  I also love how stretchy and comfortable it is and I can't wait to style it with different accessories next time. Spring break is unfortunately over for me:/...I didn't really go anywhere, since I'm saving up for a bigger trip coming up soon and I can't wait! :)

Do you guys have any fun spring break plans?

Happy Week!

Out & About: San Clemente

♫ Slightly Stoopid- Open Road ♫

Hey guys!
Here are a couple shots from last week when I drove down to San Clemente, I was recently there a couple months ago too. I love coming back to this beach because of the overall environment, Bear Coast Coffee ( they just opened their own location across from the pier and I LOVE), T-street beach, the fact that it's not so crowded and "touristic", and of course I love the pier. This beach is so photogenic to me and it brings back so many great memories of when I used to drive there back when I used to live in Oceanside....good times for sure! Besides that I'm such a beach bum, I loved enjoying my last summer days of break at SC and cruising down PCH with all the windows down while blasting my music...there's just no better feeling!;)
