Took this top out for a spin last week in downtown LB, I'm usually not much for plaid but this top is something else, love the vintage style with the added belt, it certainly has a different flair to it! I also love the comfortable oversized style and the way it looks paired with skinny jeans, I can't wait to style it different ways with flared pants or skirts!

NYE is right around the corner and I couldn't help and get inspired with all the lights and decorations everywhere, so I put a look together inspired by nye. ;) Thanks to Shein I found this lace lace-up bodysuit which is both sexy yet chic. I also love how versatile it is which is why I paired it with a chiffon maxi slit skirt and some ankle boots. This is actually the first bodysuit I've ever owned and I can't wait to try out different styles with this bodysuit maybe with some pants and jacket layered over. I guess I was going for a vampy-goth chic look plus you can never go wrong with a head to toe black look!

I have always been a fan of wrap dresses but it's funny because I think I only own one so when I spotted this one on Shein.com I knew I had to have it! I love the fresh fabric and the kimono style! I normally don't wear florals but I couldn't help but love this floral pattern all over. This dress is effortlessly chic and I love how I can wear it year round too, I can't wait to style it in the fall with coats, tights, and cute ankle boots. I was even thinking of wearing it opened as a long kimono paired with jeans and a basic tee, what do you guys think? If you guys loved this dress too, snatch one up on Shein's website here!

Little Black Dress

I have this thing with little black dresses and when I first laid eyes on this cute little number from Tobi it made me swoon! I especially loved the lace detail along the boat neckline...so simple yet so chic! I took this dress out for a twirl to one of my favorite locations in Fullerton, The Muckenthaler Cultural Center. This place is so picturesque, I loved that I went on a Sunday so of course it was closed and I had the place all to myself... it was pure bliss!

Pitaya Bowl Date

 This particular day was a random day of the week so I opted for a chic casual look, the weather has been pretty gloomy lately due to June gloom, but still pretty bright out so a hat and sunscreen is necessary. I ventured out to walk around downtown Long Beach and explore my city so leggings and my comfy Superga sneakers were a must. 

I made sure to stop by one of my favorite juice bars: Tru Nature Juice Bar to get my pitaya bowl fix,  I'm a big fan of acai bowls but lately I've been digging pitaya bowls more and this one did not disappoint. The one I got was called the "Pink Flamingo" and it was made with blended coconut water/pineapple, and topped off with strawberries, bananas, chocolate bits, granola, and coconut flakes...bomb.com! ;)

The holidays are pretty much here, which inspired me to create a Polyvore set for a holiday party look. Staying true to my style I opted for an Isabel Marant textured black top, and sequined wrap skirt, some bejeweled jewelry, Givenchy simple black heels and a box clutch..a simple yet chic ensemble! Also, let's not forget about the nails, I would deck them out in Julep's burgundy (llga) and gold (Oscar) colors to give my look that extra holiday glitzy feel!
